Hotel Indigo Lower East Side New York By Ihg

Fairly clean place with fantastically friendly and smart staff and nice view of downtown. Very interesting area, central location right by everywhere, great restaurants, bars, cafes and other services nearby, shops, great diners Katz Diner of When Harry Met Sally fame- is on the corner of the street and east village's bars & clubs. Besides, excellent for visiting a jewish restaurant. Perfect stay on a business trip.

The units are updated, tidy with a big terrace, amazing views and the shower.

Public parking on site provided.

Location: the hotel was very close to the East Village as well as the Lower East Side of New York. Stopped by Ludlow Coffee Supply to get some coffee and treats, it's very close to the venue, recommend.

Staff helpful and attentive, with at least two doorman.

Well, the area was abandoned overall.

Absolutely loved the rooftop bar with its very nice views 🌆 The only downside was the room being a bit noisy from outside events. A great spot for exploring!

Had a blast with friends exploring local spots like Rockwood Music Hall with its fantastic lineup and great vibes. We also hit up nearby eateries that were just a short walk away. The rooftop views were a highlight, and the location made getting around super easy. Perfect for a group getaway!

We were thrown off at check-in since our room wasn't ready until after 4 PM, even though we arrived on time. It felt frustrating after a long trip, but thankfully the staff were eventually accommodating.

Great Stay with a Few Hiccups

Our family enjoyed a lively atmosphere and excellent service during our two-night stay. The vibrant neighborhood offered numerous dining options, and the onsite bar was a fun spot. Pro tip, request a higher floor for a better view and quieter experience!

Great staff and comfy beds!

The front desk crew was awesome, especially Kenny! Super helpful and friendly. The rooftop bar was really nice, wish we could've enjoyed it more! Beds were super comfy too. Just a heads up, the shower handle was broken and we couldn't find the ice machine. Still had a good time overall!

The location in the Lower East Side rocks, with tons of bars and restaurants nearby. Room was pretty spacious, and the bed was comfy, definitely helped after a long day. Staff members were friendly, especially at the bar. Mr Purple on the rooftop had an awesome vibe, but it got really busy with non-hotel guests. One downside, check-in took way too long. I waited over an hour, with conflicting info about room availability. The noise from the bar upstairs was a problem too. It reminded me of the party was right in my room. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool and the bathroom had a terrible sewage smell at times. They also charge for pretty much everything, which caught me off guard during checkout with all those added fees. The ambiance and location are great, but the noise and service definitely need some work.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to many local spots and transportation. The large shower was refreshing. Highly recommend the visit 🌟

The nearby bars and restaurants, like sweet chick and dirty french, added to the fun, vibrant environment that i enjoyed as a weekend traveler.

The Queen Room offered a comfortable bed and a nice desk area, perfect for a solo traveler. The hotel's trendy design and spacious common areas were a highlight. Service was inconsistent, and I found amenities lacking, with minimal room service options. Noise from the rooftop bar could be disruptive, especially late at night.

Had an amazing 3-night stay! The corner room was spacious with stunning views and a nice shower. The rooftop pool offered a cool retreat from the summer heat, loved it!

Great location and amazing views, but the rooftop bar gets really crowded at night.
